3 & 5 Rider Boulevard has an extensive rainwater capture and filter system. The main supply of recycled water feeds into the building and is mixed with the collected rainwater. This water is then used to irrigate gardens and flush toilets onsite.
Waste
At 3 & 5 Rider Boulevard, we have four dedicated recycling streams on site. We recycle paper, e-waste, co-mingled, and compost, making it easy for tenants to contribute to a greener future.
We ensure that all e-waste placed in our dedicated bins is responsibly processed for recycling. All toner cartridges are sent for refill and reuse, reducing waste and supporting a circular economy.
We reuse existing fit-outs wherever possible, ensuring that components are recycled when removed. Currently, between 80% and 90% of fit-outs are successfully recycled, a remarkable achievement that reflects our commitment to sustainability.
